I’m in my first fantasy football league with a few other bloggers and I have to say, I’m already totally obsessed. I care so much. I yell at the TV. I keep my laptop open all day on Sundays and constantly click the refresh button to see if one of my running backs got me a few more points. I love it.
However, since I’m not allowed in public on Sundays due to potential embarrassment, I lie on the couch all day. I’m in the middle of a new fitness challenge, and while I have already lost weight, I’m definitely not at the point where I can waste a whole day lying on the couch watching football. So I created this fun workout to keep myself active during NFL Sundays and to give me something to do besides obsessively checking my fantasy team.
It’s easy to follow. Since I’m a newbie to fantasy and still don’t even 100% (who am I kidding 50%) understand what I am supposed to be doing, it’s definitely easy to follow. Plus you’ll feel good about your Sunday and maybe even think twice before eating that extra slice of pizza or chicken wing.

Hahahaha this is awesome! But how do you know if any of these things happen if you don't have every single game on TV? Does Yahoo give you a live feed of what each player does? I never know unless I'm watching the game they are playing in…

This is fantastic haha. I certainly do not need to waste my whole day sitting on the couch (which I've been doing). I joined a fantasy league for the first time this year as well and I feel the need to constantly be watching the games. This is definitely going to keep me more active than I have been haha.
