Whoo Happy Friday! Y’all it’s been a week. I am so happy to see this sweet Friday. I’ve been beyond stressed lately, so today I want to share something that makes me happy.
I love working out with YouTube videos. I think it’s a great way to vary your workouts and not get stuck into a mundane workout routine. I drag my laptop down to our home gym, pick a new video and get to work.
Here are some of my absolute favorite exercise channels on YouTube.
The Fitness Marshall – This is hands down my favorite channel. Caleb Marshall and his “Back-up Booties” put out a fun new dance routine every week. These videos are extremely easy to follow and so much fun. My sister introduced me to this channel last year and I have loved his videos ever since. Here is one of my favorites:
XHIT Daily – This channel isn’t active any longer, but I love it regardless. These videos are simple and short, but definitely give you a great workout. Here is one of my favorite videos:
POPSUGAR Fitness – This channel is a one stop shop channel. There are fun videos that include dance fitness, but then there are other videos that focus on abs, strength training, and even beginner workouts. Here is one of my favorites:
Blogilates – You knew I was including this one. It’s so good and so popular it really needs no introduction. Cassey Ho is the best and her videos are so fun. Here is one of my favorites:
Pamela Rf – I love these videos because they are so short! I get very bored with my workouts so I love that these are only like 10-30 minutes. Short, but effective! Here is one of my favorites:
