Massage Heights in Buckhead

So this week I had my first facial ever! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I LOVED it. I had a 90-minute facial courtesy of Massage Heights in Buckhead. My esthetician was Ms. Shari and she did such a fabulous job. I was very nervous going into the appointment because it was new and different, but she did a great job of making me feel at ease.

So I showed up at Massage Heights in Buckhead a few minutes early, I was given some water and filled out my paperwork. The questions were easy — what kind of skin care I use, medical history, etc. Then I moved to the back. One thing I loved about Massage Heights, was getting to pick the scent for my linens that relaxed me the most.

I spent the next 90 minutes totally relaxed and receiving treatments. My face has been totally glowing and healthy for two days. Did you know how many cool things they can do to your face? Massage Heights have several types of facials including: essential facial, anti-aging facial, sensitive skin, and clear skin. Then you can add elevations to enhance the therapeutic results of the facial. Some of these include skin enriching, purifying, refining, and bioactive peels. Your esthetician can help you select the perfect facial for your skin.

In addition to their great facials, they specialize in massages. The Buckhead staff is incredibly knowledgeable. They have many types of massages including: Swedish, sports, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, prenatal, and couples massages. Similarly to facials, they have types of elevations to expand the results of your massage like hot stone therapy, reviving foot scrub, face massage and aromatherapy.

So while the services at Massage Heights are incredible, my FAVORITE part about this company is their flexible scheduling. The retreats are open seven days a week from morning to night, so people with ridiculously busy schedules can schedule a treatment that best fits their needs. I was able to schedule my facial for after work.

Massage Heights has a great membership program with superior benefits. Plus, they have wonderful products to help extend and enhance your treatments. I am a big fan of the bath salts. They are SUPERRRR relaxing.

I will absolutely be heading back to Massage Heights. LUCKILY! There are locations all over the country so you will probably have one in your neck of the woods. If you are in Atlanta though, I highly recommend Mrs. Shari and her team at the Buckhead location.
