I love breakfast. It’s my favorite meal, but I stink at waking up early. So I am the queen of breakfast at night. Unfortunately, the most delicious breakfast foods are not good for you. That’s right, it’s time for another edition of the Quick Calorie Reference Guides. Unfortunately, unless you are eating fruit and oatmeal for breakfast, your calorie intake is going to be pretty high, but man will your taste buds be happy!

I think I probably ate the highest caloric breakfast this morning. A bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon! Whoops. At least I wasn't starving for lunch at 11 a.m.
That sounds so amazing though! I bet it was worth every calorie!
