Better late than never! I’ve been promising for a few days that I would have the next edition of the Quick Calorie Reference Guides up, and then I decide to write about something else, but today I actually did it.

Naturally, today I’m showcasing vegetables. Verdict is in and vegetables are better for you than fruits. I wasn’t surprised, just disappointed. Vegetables are really only delicious when they are cooked in something else which kind of takes away the nutrition value. Fruits are delicious all on their own.
Regardless of my opinion, here it is!
I wish fruit was better for you than vegetables as well, darn! Whenever I have been eating too much unhealthy (delicious ) things the first thing I try and add more into my diet is vegetables. I miss my moms garden with all its tasty vegetables, it made eating veggies so much easier!
Thanks for this! I love fruit and veggies. Sadly veggies have less calories than fruit boooo. haha. Still love them both and try to incorporate them as much into our diet!
I bet! I have noticed the organic taste significantly better. I can't even imagine coming straight from a garden!
My favorite method is just to throw them in a smoothie with lots of fruit so I still get my veggies, but they taste like fruit!
