Better late than never! I’ve been promising for a few days that I would have the next edition of the Quick Calorie Reference Guides up, and then I decide to write about something else, but today I actually did it.

Naturally, today I’m showcasing vegetables. Verdict is in and vegetables are better for you than fruits. I wasn’t surprised, just disappointed. Vegetables are really only delicious when they are cooked in something else which kind of takes away the nutrition value. Fruits are delicious all on their own.
