The Super Bowl is right around the corner and today I’m sharing the easiest chicken bacon ranch sliders for your viewing parties. I make the ham and cheese version of these sliders for every party ever. My friends love them and always request that I make them. After years of showing up with ham and swiss sliders, I decided to try something new. So I put a spin on the classic and made these chicken bacon ranch sliders. They were very simple to make so keep reading to see how I put them together.
HOW TO MAKE EASY CHICKEN BACON RANCH SLIDERS
-King’s Hawaiian Bread Sliders in the family pack
-A shredded rotisserie chicken
-Crumbled bacon – I just used precooked bacon, microwaved it and cut it up.
-16 slices of swiss cheese
-Spray a large 9×13 or casserole pan with cooking spray.
-Remove the rolls from the package and cut them in half with a serated knive. Keep them all connected while you cut and just cut straight through the center so you end up with two large pieces – a top and a bottom.
-Place the bottom half of the rolls into the pan. Set the top aside.
-Brush the rolls with ranch dressing.
-Layer on eight slices of cheese.
-Add shredded rotisserie chicken.
-Add crumbled bacon.
-Place another eight slices of cheese.
-Brush ranch on top of the cheese.
-Cover with the top layer of the King’s Hawaiian rolls.
-Set that aside and in a bowl mix melted butter, poppyseeds, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. I kind of wing the measurements for whatever I’m feeling that day.
-Pour the butter mixture over the rolls and use a spoon to make sure the poppyseeds and seasoning are well spread out.
-Loosely cover the sliders with aluminum foil. Bake on 325 for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
-Best served warm!
Do you love sliders? These are so yummy. I just love the chicken, bacon ranch combination so I’m glad this worked out on sliders. You can use whatever cheese you are feeling. I was feeling swiss, but cheddar is also a good option.
