| It’s gift guide time! We’re doing things a little differently this year. Rather than one big book for you to shop, I’m sending out daily gift guide emails and putting together videos for Instagram and TikTok. All of these items will be linked on LTK and ShopMy. And also Amazon where applicable. I hope shopping these ways will make it a little easier to digest all of the items I include in my gift guides. Happy Shopping! |
| Pilates Board – I love my purple pilates board. It folds up nicely for easy storage and gives me a great workout. It also comes with detachable resistance bands, a foam pad for your knees and removable handles Push-up Board – My husband has this board. The handles hook into these different formations to work different muscles with your pushups. Protein Scoop shaped like a kettlebell – I love this protein scoop shaped like a kettle bell because it’s a unique gift they probably don’t have. Merry Liftmas Ornament – would be perfect for their tree and is a great gift for your gym pal that you don’t know super well, but you spend tons of time with them at the gym. This one is a little niche, but we have an Echelon bike that we use the Peloton app with. This magnet with the conversions is one of my best sellers every year! Squat because nobody raps about little butts candle – This was one of my best sellers last year. It’s so funny. I also like this tshirt and sticker. Magnet Bag – When your machine doesn’t have a cup holder, just attach this bag to the metal machine with your water bottle and phone where you can reach it. Personalized Gym Towel – I also like this personalized gym towel because it’s a thoughtful gift that doesn’t break the bank. Custom Gym Barcode Engraved Keychains – This keychain features your barcode on one side and your gym’s logo on the other – the perfect solution for easy, quick access to scan into your gym without your phone. This is a genius idea. For your pilates-loving bestie: the Hot Girls Do Pilates hat and the Pilates Santa shirt are super fun and festive. Pilates Mug – I also love this pilates mug with different stretches. Bone Conduction Earphones – This is definitely not on what I consider the affordable side of this gift guide, but they are so cool because you can listen to music and still hear cars and people and what’s going on around you if you’re out for a run. Cooling Towel – This has so many more uses that just fitness. I live in Georgia and those summers get HOT. Can totally be used at your kid’s baseball games on those metal bleachers as well. Acupressure Mat – perfect for the recovery day and a really cool concept. Mini Stair Stepper – I have this but didn’t drag it onto the camera. For a little exercise machine, this thing packs a punch and works your booty. |
