My three-year-old is very into games right now. It’s actually so much fun watching him figure out the rules of a game and playing correctly. I am so proud of him. He’s a great sport and likes to cheer for other family members while we play.
Here are a few of our favorite games to play as a family with a three-year-old.

Hungry, Hungry Hippos Dino Edition – Did you play Hungry, Hungry Hippos as a kid? Well, it’s back with a Dino Edition. If you have a dino-loving toddler, they are going to love this version of Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Ben can’t get enough of this one.
Duck, Duck, Mouse – We found this one at the All4Kids consignment sale, but Ben loves it so much I had to include it. I don’t think they make it anymore, but you can still find it on Ebay and sites like that. In this game, you hide the different colored mice around the house. Then you flip the cards and you either get a duck or a mouse. You take turns flipping cards and if you flip a mouse, you have to run and go find the corresponding color mouse. Ben loves it!
Bluey Scavenger Hunt Game – I don’t know if Bluey is really for the parents or the kids, but we all love Bluey in our house. This is a great interactive game with Bluey trivia, a scavenger hunt element, and and acting element. At first we were worried this might be too advanced for Ben since he just turned three, but he loves this game and caught on to the rules very quickly.
Monkey Around – Another great easy game for toddlers, this game has action cards for you and your kiddo to perform. It’s a quick, super easy game and Ben loves it.
Mickey Mouse Matching – Ben is also very into the memory and matching games. He also loves Mickey Mouse so this was a big hit.
Dinosaur Mighty Match – Same as above here. He loves a dinosaur, so this one was a big hit.
Mickey Eye Found It – This is more of a search and find game. He’s been really into the search and find books as well and so he likes these cards a lot.
