If you need a quick and easy dessert for your Christmas dinner or holiday party, then definitely keep reading. In this post, I’m sharing how to make Santa hat cheesecake bites. These are delicious, easy, and only require a few ingredients.
What you’ll need:
-Cheesecake. You can use a store-bought cheesecake. It doesn’t matter that it’s presliced. More on that in a minute.
-Whipped cream in a can.
-Strawberries
-A round small cookie cutter.
How to assemble the Santa hat cheesecake bites:
-First, wash and cut the top off your strawberries.
-Use a little small cookie cutter to cut bites out of the cheesecake. If your cheesecake is already sliced, don’t worry, when you make the cuts the cake will squish together to make one bite. Cut the pieces close together and you won’t waste very much. Also, highly recommend eating your spare pieces then you won’t waste anything!
-Use a spoon if you need help getting it out, it doesn’t matter if it isn’t perfect on top because the next step will help pull it together.
-Using canned whipped cream, make a circle of whipped cream on top of the bite.
-Place your strawberry top down on the whipped cream. The pointy end should be at the top.
-Squeeze a little tiny dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberry to make a pom.
