This baked tortellini bite appetizer is so delicious. I like this recipe because you can kind of tweak the spice factor to your liking. Like if I’m making this for a party, I tone down the spice, but if I’m making it for just me and Stephen because we want appetizers for dinner, then I tone it up. We love spicy food. Ingredients:
-Package of cheese tortellini.
-Flour
-Panko bread crumbs
-1/4 cup of milk
-Italian seasoning
-3 eggs
-Parmesean
-Red pepper flakes
-Pepper

How to make baked tortellini bites:
-Prepare a package of cheese tortellini, drain and set aside.
-Make three bowls, in the first fill with flour.
-In a second bowl, mix three eggs and a 1/4 cup of milk.
-In a third bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and pepper.
-Work in batches coating the tortellini in flour, then the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumb bowl.
-Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375 for 14 minutes.
-Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
