I was at one of my favorite restaurants the other week and the bartender asked me if I wanted to try an apple pie Aperol spritz. My answer was, duh, of course, and it was as delicious as it sounds. How to make an Apple Pie Aperol Spritz

What You’ll Need to Make the Apple Pie Aperol Spritz:
-1 ounce of Aperol
-3 ounces of apple cider
-3 ounces of champagne
-Club Soda
-Rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick
How to make an Apple Pie Aperol Spritz
-Combine one ounce of Aperol with three ounces of apple cider and three ounces of champagne.
-Fill the remainder of the glass with club soda.
-Add a sprig of rosemary and a cinnamon stick for a fall vibe.

Can you use a different garnish?
Absolutely! Use a lemon peel, a slice of apple, brown sugar cinnamon rim, or whatever you are feeling.
What type of glass should you use?
I used a large wine glass for mine, stemless wine glasses work great too.
