Today, I’m sharing an easy hack to make the most delicious apple cider cinnamon sugar cake. This is SO delicious. You could make it for Thanksgiving, but honestly, ours didn’t make it through the weekend. Your Thanksgiving guests will love this one. Keep reading to see how I made it.

How to make Apple Cider Cinnamon Sugar Cake
Ingredients:
-Yellow cake mix
-Apple cider
-3 eggs
-Cinnamon
-Brown sugar

Instructions:
-Use a box of yellow cake mix. Instead of using the water in the instructions, replace it with apple cider. If your mix asks for oil, I would leave that out. I typically leave the oil out of all my cakes.
-Add three eggs.
-Sprinkle cinnamon over the batter.
-Mix the batter well and pour it into a greased cake pan. I used this one and it’s actually on sale for Black Friday.
-Bake according to your cake mix package, but I had to add about 10 minutes due to the apple cider.
-While your cake is baking, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread it out on a dish towel.
-Once your cake is done baking, allow it to cool slightly. While it is warm, but not hot, place it into the center of the dish towel with the mixture.
-Put some cinnamon sugar mixture on top, then wrap the cake in the towel so that the mixture can attach to the sides of the cake.
-Let it sit for about an hour.
-Unwrap, slice and serve.
