A lot of our costumes so far have come from books and movies, but today I am sharing one that is a little different. In this post, I’m sharing the details of our tourist and Statue of Liberty costume.
Mom-and-Baby Halloween Costume: Tourist and Statue of Liberty
This is another one that you HAVE to go check out the reel on my Instagram. Ben is so adorable I just want to cry watching it. He’s so precious in his little bucket hat and I am so proud of him for wearing it. He wore a helmet for three months and now he hates having things on his head.

Also, this was when we were still deep in the shoe size dilemma so he doesn’t have shoes on in these pictures. He definitely wears shoes outside now, haha.
For Ben’s little tourist costume, I purchased all of his costume pieces from Amazon. I found his little bucket hat here that actually came in handy for the rest of the summer. Then I got his little I heart NY t-shirt here and his red shorts we had already. He’s so stinkin’ cute.

For my Statue of Liberty costume, I wanted something that was easy to move around in. You could do a long robe, but I opted for this shorter pencil skirt dress. I added these Statue of Liberty accessories that I found here. It included the crown and the torch.
I love this cutie boy in his Halloween costumes.
