Easter is in a week and this Easter Dessert Board is perfect for your Easter celebrations. If you are doing a neighborhood egg hunt, meet the bunny breakfast, or having friends over for brunch, this little board is perfect for your Easter party.
This board is very simple to put together too and can be accomplished with a Target run!
Easter Dessert Board – The Details
I started with these cute little decorated cookies from Target’s baking section. They were kind of hidden between the muffins and the pastries, but I was so excited when I found these perfectly decorated cookies for a reasonable price! Royal icing cookies are typically very expensive so this was a happy find! I placed those around the edges.
Then I used edible grass I found in the Easter section in the back of Target. I’m not going to lie, it doesn’t taste great, but it is pretty and totally edible for your board. I left it in the round shape and used it as a “nest” for my malted chocolate eggs.
Then I put some multi-colored chick peeps around the edge of the nest. Target had a pack of four multicolored chicks so I separated that pack.
Next, I placed the chocolate-covered pretzel rods that are decorated to look like carrots. Again, a Target find. You could easily make these yourself, but I was in a hurry and the price was right!

After the pretzels I added these mini-cupcakes and mini-sugar cookies from the Target Easter Section. They were kind of out in the middle on a cart. I like the mini sizes over the regular-sized baked goods because they are easier to manipulate on a board.
Then I added these cute little strawberry bunny peeps. I like the lavender color of the peeps, that’s not one you see all the time so I was excited to add a little color variation to my board. I added those in a row kind of together rather than separating them out.
Then I filled in any empty spaces with Starburst Tropical jelly beans. I love Starburst jelly beans, but the Tropical bag is superior! They are hard to find though, and it’s been years since I was able to locate the Tropical bag in the store. So imagine my joy when I found these at Target. I bought three bags for myself, ha!
