I have always had long hair. Since I was a little girl, I’ve pretty much had the same hairstyle. Sure, I’ve moved from a middle part to a side part and back again. I’ve added side bangs and curtain bangs here and there, but one thing that has stayed consistent is the length. I love having long hair and I’ve always worked really hard to keep it healthy.
When I was pregnant, my hair looked amazing. All those hormones made my hair thick and full and long without having to work very hard. Pregnancy hair is an amazing feeling. I was truly living my best hair life.
What happened next was not so amazing. I wasn’t prepared for the postpartum hair loss.
After my baby was born, my hair was breaking off and my little baby was pulling it out by the fistful. I was starting to worry because my beautiful pregnancy hair was falling out and my hair no longer looked thick and healthy. I seriously contemplated cutting it all off and doing the mom haircut until I decided to try a last-ditch effort and reevaluate the products I was using.
How I Changed My Routine
That’s when I discovered Vegamour products! Vegamour takes a holistic approach to hair wellness that incorporates clinically tested plant-based ingredients. “Plant-based” really caught my attention, and I was excited to incorporate these clean products into my routine. I had high hopes that removing any products with harmful chemicals would help restore some of the thickness to my hair.
I started using the GRO Shampoo, GRO Conditioner, Gro Detox Scalp Serum and GRO Hair Serum. Each of these are free of GMOs, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, silicones, mineral oils, gluten and synthetic fragrance. They are also color-safe and cruelty-free!
I switched my shampoo and conditioner to the Vegamour products and then started adding the Hair Serum and Detox Serum into my routine. Both of the serums are very easy to use. I use the Hair Serum daily and the Detox Serum once a week.
Since switching to the Vegamour products, my hair is thicker and healthier and I am having a much easier time maintaining the length. I’ve really noticed a difference in the front of my hair. When I have anxiety or postpartum hair loss, the front pieces thin out first. So I’ve really noticed that area has filled in. I also have a much thicker ponytail!
I am so thankful that I have found a product that allows me to keep my signature long hair. I am so happy with my results and can’t wait to see how my hair progresses as I continue to use these products.
Have you ever used Vegamour hair care products? Do you like having long or short hair?
