I found the cutest cakelet pan that can be used for both Halloween and Thanksgiving! I made these adorable mini pumpkin bundt cakes with it. The pan makes the perfect little pumpkins and they are all slightly different. Some have leaves, some have more bumps, but they are all super cute.
I made just classic vanilla cake but used orange food coloring to make it more on brand for Halloween. For November and Thanksgiving, you could make pumpkin flavoring. Or go with a cinnamon feel and make it more of a breakfast treat!

For my mini bundt cakes, I like to use cream cheese icing. It isn’t pictured here so you can see the full effect of the pan, but we topped these little bite-sized cakes with the icing before we ate them. SO tasty.
