It’s that time of year again! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming. Today (July 6) is the preview day for the sale so now is the time to be preparing. You will hear all about this sale in July and may wonder why it is such a big deal. So here is a little breakdown for you.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is different than most other sales. Most sales discount items once they are no longer in-season and they are trying to move them off the shelves to make room for new items. The Nordstrom Sale is discounting items that are either brand new or still popular and are about to be in-season. So it’s a great time to stock up for fall basics, baby and kid essentials, beauty items, athleisure and fitness gear, home decor, Christmas gifts and more. All of the sale item prices will return to full price once the sale is over.
Here are a few key dates for the sale:
- July 6 – Sale Preview Online
- July 12-27 – Icon Early Access 3 a.m. est
- July 14-27 – Ambassador Early Access 3 a.m. est
- July 16-27 – Influencer Early Access 3 a.m. est
- July 28-August 8 –Β Open to all at 3 a.m.!
- August 8 – Sale ends and items return back to full price
If you want to gain early access to the sale, you will need to apply for a Nordstrom credit card. Popular items do tend to sell out early, so it’s not a bad idea if there is something you have your eye on. You can start previewing the sale right now! Go ahead and start making your wish list, planning for what items you need this year, and getting a game plan.
