It’s the last day of 2020! Usually, I end the year with lots of goals and resolutions, but honestly after this year I’m surviving not thriving. We’re just treating January 1, 2021 as a normal day. If you caught my Instagram stories, I only committed to a $9 planner from Amazon for 2021. I usually spend a bit on my new planner and take a lot of time picking it out, but this year we’re keeping it simple!
I did want to keep my master list tradition alive and end the year with my 2020 favorite products. I like to put together a list of all of my favorite products from the year. I still use almost all of products from previous years, but these are new to the list this year! I want to keep it fresh and not include the same things over and over again.
You can check out my 2019 and 2018 list here.
Tula Acne-Fighting Level 2 kit – Pregnancy acne is no joke. This is what I’ve been using along with drinking lots of water, never wearing my mask more than once and acne dots that we will talk about in a few entries. This Tula line has made a night and day difference for my face.
$4 Target Masks – I am working in the office full-time. I have to wear a mask every day and I don’t repeat wear masks. I also don’t want to spend a ton of money on masks. This 2-pack for $4 is the perfect solution. I just have to tie the ear pieces to fit, but these have been great options for me.
Peace out Acne Dots – These little stickers are great for when you already have a breakout. I just put one of these on the area and sleep with it on. Overnight, the redness and bump have gone down.
Rose Glow and Cooling Eye Balm – I can literally feel my eyes waking up when I use this. It decreases the puff and the bags under my eyes. I love it so much.
Pebble Beach Texture Spray – This spray is amazing for giving your hair volume and texture, but keeps it flexible.
Rockz Battery pack – We lost power for three days during the storms this year. Our battery packs were game changers for us during the outage. We were so, so thankful for them. The Rockz Battery pack lasts a really long time.
Onion goggles – These are ridiculous, but man do they work. While you are chopping onions, you need to wear these onion goggles. No more tears!
Fearless Mama Stretch Mark Prevention Kit – Even if you aren’t pregnant, this kit is great for stretch mark prevention. I love the exfoliating scrub! I will be using this far past pregnancy for dry skin, tanning, waxing, etc. The stretch mark prevention butter is very thick and makes my skin feel so good! I’m a big fan of both of these products.
Pregnancy pillow – I love my pregnancy pillow so much. It keeps positioned to sleep on my side. It also is just really comfy. I am so happy I got this early in pregnancy. If you are expecting, I highly recommend a pregnancy pillow.
Face filter primer – This is literally like putting an Instagram filter on your face in the morning. It blurs, smooths and gives you a hint of color. When my skin is clear and I don’t have a “full-face” makeup event kind of day, I wear this primer and mascara and that’s about it.
In-Car sauce holder – This is a product I wish I had invented. This little sauce cup clips to your air vent and holds all sizes of sauce packets. So when you want to dip your nuggs or fries, you can put your little sauce cup where you can reach it and don’t need an extra hand.
Skinny can cooler – Before I was pregnant, I drank a lot of White Claw. This skinny can cooler is the best! They are so cute and keep your claws so cold.
Isle of Paradise butter and drops – I included the Isle of Paradise drops on the list last year, but this year QVC came out with a Isle of Paradise butter and drops combo. I LOVE the butter. It has such a smooth coverage and feels really hydrating on your skin. I still love the drops and you can even mix the drops into the butter for extra color. It’s the best combo and both products are so good.
Lt. Blender Booze pouches – Again, before I was pregnant, I discovered these Lt. Blender Booze Pouches. We took the mojito, peach bellini, and pina colada pouches to the beach this summer. All you need to do is add booze and water, shake and freeze. These taste so good! We loved them at the beach, and I’m looking forward to purchasing these again post-pregnancy!
There we go. Those are my favorite products from 2020. What did you love from 2020?
Happy New Year! I’ll see you in 2021.
