So I had a birthday last week, and am now considered “late twenties.” Let me tell you what is not cool in your “late twenties”…blackheads. Those pesky little things that you think leave your face alone after high school, but unfortunately they tend to stick around.
The good news is, Bioré is here to make your life easier with their new charcoal products: Bioré Self-Heating One Minute Mask and Bioré Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips.
Let’s talk about the Charcoal Mask first. This is a self-heating mask that heats up, never hardens, and rinses clean. The mask purifies pores two and a half times better than a basic cleanser. It literally takes one hot minute and dirt and oil are rinsed clean. It does actually heat up and I was a little surprised, but it feels really good and your face feels super clean afterwards.
So really the charcoal mask heats up on it’s own (and it’s pretty awesome) to draw out dirt, oils and impurities. Then after your face is clean it ends with a cool tingly sensation to give you smooth and tight skin. Plus the small packaging and little packets are great for traveling. I love it!

I need these! I’m going to the drugstore today, and you’ve convinced me to pick these up! I struggle so much with black heads on my nose no matter how much I cleanse! And if they work on reducing pore size then they are miracle workers!
