Do you ever take a cry day? You know those days where you’re on the verge of tears and you just need that extra push to get you over the edge? It’s the days where you just have so many things going on and you want to cry, you need to cry, you need that release from all the real stuff that’s going on in your life so you watch YouTube videos and cry over people you don’t even know. I have those. We all have those.
I’m probably having one of those today. I had to leave my family reunion early to come back to work while the rest of my family is still there, I’m sleepy, it’s Monday, and this morning I passed a coyote running full speed into my apartment complex. All of these things separately are fine but together call for a cry day. So today I’m sharing my favorite “cry day”videos. Enjoy!

I have these all the time! They ALWAYS make me feel better like a sense of catharsis. Hope your day gets better!
YES YES YES, I totally have those days too. I will read specific scenes of books that I know will make me cry, I watch movies that make me cry & there are certain TV show scenes that no matter how many times I watch them make me cry that I turn to as well.
I always need a good cry day. I'm going to watch the videos later because I'm at work. I started watching the first one and thought that might be a bad idea. LOL.
