My name is Helen and I am a dipper. Not to be confused with doing dip.
I dip all my food in anything and everything. The creamier the sauce the better. However, sauces are not really good for you, just delicious.

I am a Chick-fil-A sauce hoarder! It's my favorite. I put it on food not even from Chick-fil-A.
Condiments are so fun but so many added calories. These days I try to sparingly use dressing on my salads for that very reason. Sigh #thestruggle
It's too hard. I love to dip my food and drench my salads. I am doing better now that I measure but I can't give it up cold turkey!
